Terracotta Ushabti with painted features in black, yellow, and brown, a row of hieroglyphics including the Eye of Horus, the arms crossed over the chest, a seed pack to the back. Often called "Servants of the Afterlife," Ushabtis were placed in the tomb of the Mummy and were intended to be servants that would magically come to life and do any chore the Mummy might be called upon to perform in the afterlife. 18th Dynasty.

Carved wooden, elongated mask covered with incised scarification marks on the surface. Open eyes, long thin nose and pouting lips, pointed chin. A seated figure with arms extended on the crown on the forehead, with two horns on the sides. Holes on the sides. Dark patina.
