Corinthian iron helmet used in Ancient Greek warfare. Made from iron, with raised circle patterns on the crown. The ancient Greeks called themselves Hellenes and their land Hellas. They never formed a national government but were united by a common culture, religion and language. Covered in rust patina and earthen encrustations. Very rare.
