Ancient Byzantine St. Nicholas panel

Made from red, black, green, grey, and beige Tesserae, a mosaic floor panel of St. Nicholas, Bishop of Myra. St. Nicholas was known for his generosity to those in need, his love for children, and his concern for sailors and ships. Very beautiful color combination used. Mounted on a wooden panel.
