Sandstone carving of Horus, Amun, and an Egyptian ruler with ram horns to the head all in profile with the ruler facing in the direction of the Gods. One line of hieroglyphics on on either side of the surface. Horus, the Egyptian sky God, in human form with head of a falcon wearing a royal crown. The sun and the moon are said to be his eyes. Son of Isis and the dead Osiris. Amun, the Egyptian sky God who came to be regarded as a sun God and the head of the Egyptian pantheon. The ram horns on the ruler symbolizes God Khmun, the creator God and the God of Inundation. Light earthen patina. New Kingdom, 18th Dynasty.
