Corinthian Helmet
Corinthian Bronze helmet used in Ancient Greek warfare. Hammered from a single sheet of Bronze, with dot patterns around the face and flaring rim in the back. The ancient Greeks called themselves Hellenes and their land Hellas. They never formed a national government but were united by a common culture, religion and language. Covered in green patina and earthen encrustations. Very rare.
