Solid Silver Thessaly Larissa coin designed in a modern Vermeil setting of 22 karat gold plate finish over pure silver. In legend, Thessaly was the home of the great Greek warrior Achilles, and also of Jason, who led the Argonauts in search of the Golden Fleece. Depicts the head of a nymph, the hair confined by a fillet and floating loosely. On the reverse, a horse grazes.
