Finely carved from a solid piece of dark translucent Golden Amber, Quan Yan (Kuan-Yin), Chinese goddess of Mercy, in seated position with one of her legs up, the hand resting on that leg holding prayer beads, seated on a base, the eyes closed. Very attractive.
