Roman artifacts ancient Bronze Mould Used For Making jewelry 200 AD

Roman bronze hexagonal jewelry mould, used for making jewelry such as necklace pendants, earrings, etc. The jewellery were made by the lost wax technique, which was widely known from the Late Bronze Age onwards. This technique involves the following stages: two stone or clay moulds are made with the form of the jewellery worked on them in reverse, in intaglio. Precisely half the piece was carved on each mould. Molten wax was poured into these moulds, which was then replaced by molten metal.
Roman antiquities are authentic historical relics and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
