Solid silver Alexander the Great drachm struck at the Amphipolis mint sometime between 315 BC and 294 BC, designed in a modern Vermeil setting of 22k gold plate finish over pure silver. The reverse shows Zeus enthroned, an eagle perched on his outstretched right hand, a scepter in his left.
